At Checkmarks for Health, we strive to deliver your products quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship orders.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping
We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to serve international customers in the future.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the shipping costs associated with resending the package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at [email protected].
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. If necessary, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
